[1.2.262] Neo "City"

I think that they should have made it so you get to this "Neo City" through the time machine in the helios tower? That would have made much more sense than putting Kamuna in Leafre.

I couldn't care less for Taipei101 since it was already a low level area, But Neo Tokyo was one of the best areas in the whole MS universe. I hope we never get this crap.
