I have a similar friend like this one, except my firends gf's is plain ol' retarded.
Simply tell him that a girl shouldn't get inbetween you guys' relationship. I mean for Christ sake, just because you have a new sex mate doesn't mean you have to abandon all of your other friends and stick to his/her ass crack all day everyday.
Soon he'll just tire out and probably dump him. (God forbid) But just man up and tell that hoe the bussiniss.
This thread needs some proper meditation, with my earth bending abilities I shall balance the scale.
