Your analogy has no bearing on the situation - Nexon America isn't the cook. They're just adding salt and pepper to KMS' dish. They don't have very much say in whether entre is chicken or beef and portion control is about all they have.
Anyhow, you're trying to argue for Nexon based on your expectations of a competent company with no understanding of their underlying distribution model or design framework.
Just because you think it should be one way doesn't make it so.
Since we obviously have different information and have drawn different conclusions from that information it's best to just agree to disagree and move on.
It's not having what you want - It's wanting what you've got.
