Tell her straight that you don't really feel like talking to her. Tell your friend beforehand that you would rather not have a relationship with his girlfriend and that it isn't cool that he's ditching you like an ass for her. Your friend just needs to wise up and realize that he'll lose a friendship over his first fling if he doesn't stop being an idiot.
