If I recall, NLC is kms implemented already. I'm too lazy to look it up on strategy wiki..


Reason why GMS will likely never get this bull:
1. We already have a tidbit of NM data.
2. Taipei101 is the forward of NM.
3. Why would we get data that we may have in the future? It's utterly useless, and we already are getting more WT data, and it's unneccessary, and nexon AM is at least smart enough to know that.

KMS and JMS do not have NLC. Every other version has NLC, however.
