She's using you, dimwitted or not. And to be honest, just becuase he's dating her doesn't mean you have to like her. All it means is you shouldn't insult her to his face.
Put your MSN settings on Away or Busy (do something similar for Skype and such) and simply don't reply when she tries to get you into this $hit. You may have to set your privacy settings to only allow people on your BL to contact you, and take her off the list. Tell your friend (politely) that it's his job as his boyfriend to provide her with conversation and emotional support, and while you value his friendship you don't really want to deal with his gf. She's not really being nice to you, so what's he going to say? If you say it right, he'll let it slide, and she'll go away, because much as b!tches whine about it, ignoring her will make her go away.
