Shantotto is definitely a beast when you have 3000 or more brave. It can be hard to get brave as her though, since she only has 3 brave attacks that actually lower bravery (I count midair variations the same as ground versions). The only problem I found was that people can sometimes fall out of her linked HP attacks, or just straight up dodge out of them. When chaining Blizzard to Fire, her to projectiles, CPUs seem to dodge the Fire easy and end up only taking low brave damage. And since her best starting attack, Aero, links to Blizzard then Fire, it can be a bit annoying.
It is true though that Shantotto is also the easiest playable character to punish, with Chaos being the easiest overall. Her HP attacks alone are easy to dodge, and her only brave options are two melee attacks and Bio. If you really want to be good as Shantotto, get the Riposte ability and work on your guarding so you can punish to the extreme.
