Does every skill of aran's depend on the weapon speed? Since I know there are delays to their skills, I'm just wondering if it'll be better to use an arcglaive or a chelbird if speed is capped anyway. Also, would speed infusion make both types of weapons on par with speed, and if not, would a red surfboard with or without SI be the same as an arcglaive, since I believe aran's booster is 3 speed up.
