Go to Malaysia! I heard the "Entrance to Spooky World" map is very good for experience, with a lot of spawn and monster with a good HP/EXP ratio (18~20). I'm going there at Lv. 78 myself, when I have maxed Arrow Rain. My Lv. 78 Dawn Warrior friend got about 14% in 10 minutes without 2x exp., although with the boosted Soul Driver it's not the smartest thing to compare to a Dawn Warrior.
Glad that I can't go into the Phantom Forest anymore(keeps my from trying Typhons and trying to train at WR with bugged Storm Break WR), although I don't like that others can't either.
Yeah, I tried this out on my lvl95 ranger, was a little laggy and was getting bumped a lot but I racked in 1% in 2 minutes 10 seconds. On 1x.
