I saw that Shantotto is really wicked, if used properly. Her EX Mode attack is friggin powerful!
You have to do the story that is unlocked after you beat Chaos. Shantotto is strong, but a lot of her attacks leave her vulnerable for quite some time and are easy to dodge. Bio is a pain in the arse though, if you get hit by it. I'm workin on leveling her lately, as she becomes more and more dangerous the more BRV she has (so higher level is obviously advantageous).
