1. Can you get in the BIOS while booting? (Press DEL -or if not working- INS(ert) -or if not working- F1)
2. If you have a floppy drive somewhere on a working windows PC > Right click floppy drive > Format > [Check: Create an MS-DOS startup disk > start >> Now you have a bootdisk!
