the problem is gathering up the syringe used in the injection, and providing a decent case to take to court, and at that, who is at fault? should she sue the company that made the syringe, the person that administered the injection, the company that distributed the vaccine, who? and what would be a justified amount to pay in damages? too many uncertainties, but im sure her husband and family have considered them.
