You'll end up with some players just hogging everything they can for profit. Theres enough in fighting amoungest a small group of high levels here who argue over boss availability. Throw in an item like attack belts, i imagine that drama is just going to be amplfied in the weeks to come as people get desperate and more competitive over every mini boss in the friggin game.

The tokens are already untradable, so what would would be the difference in making them rare drops from all level enemies (giving everyone a fair shake) vs a one target enemy that spawns once an hour and can be taken out by a high level player in one key stroke.

How is that fun or even near fair to most people who play the game? you might as well just say its an event only certain high levels in certain high level guilds should have a chance of acquiring, because that'll be the reality of it @____@

I understand where you're coming from and, being from Scania (You used to be in Scania too if I remember correctly... Marisa's friend, right?) I know firsthand what happens when said high levels decide to try monopolizing something.

I think we agree in concept that the belts as they were right no were too easy to get, and that they should come with <some> difficulty to acquire.

That being said, there ARE ways of doing this WITHOUT leading to all bosses being ks'd and whatnot. I'd point at the Agent event a few months ago for those earrings: Those were "game breaking" (though not to this degree) and came with relatively easy to get chaos scrolls (hell, a lot easier than this time around) and required you to kill PQ monsters. I dont remember if people complained about this, but in the end, the event went well for everyone: People got nice equips (some people got as high as 3x statted earrings) and none of the bosses were held (other than perhaps HPQ, but that wasnt held, that was just people rushing, and even then in Scania, I had no troubles getting in solo).

My suggestion: Make closed bosses that you can fight x amount of times a day have a better drop rate (ex. Have pap, zak, latanica drop 5-10 a run compared to the 1-2 that area bosses currently drop) or have them drop at the rate of ores from popular training grounds.

Edit: Just to add on, I notice these events often "die down" after a week or so. I dont remember HPQ being very crowded after that first week where everyone was trying to get earrings.
