Stat buffs are no longer related to you and the level of your Cygnus. They are related to the two highest level characters on your server.
Example:
Level 200 Bishop
Level 120 Nightwalker
Level 150 Dark Knight
The Bishop would get a +15 from the Dark Knight. Not a +12 from the Nightwalker. The Dark Knight would get +20 from the Bishop. Not a +12 from the Nightwalker. The Nightwalker will get a +20 from the Bishop.
Example:
Level 200 Bishop
Level 120 Nightwalker
Level 150 Dark Knight
The Bishop would get a +15 from the Dark Knight. Not a +12 from the Nightwalker. The Dark Knight would get +20 from the Bishop. Not a +12 from the Nightwalker. The Nightwalker will get a +20 from the Bishop.
