Skill [Concentrate] Now Un-Macroable

This has been happening in other MapleStory versions too. I don't think it's a bug. For example: In JMS, you can no longer macro Oak Barrel (and I used to have the BEST macro for it...).

I think they're making skills that have a cool down non-macroable.
