Question about the patch

Well, that stinks. Can't be helped though, I guess.

I was so looking forward to an epic story boss fight with Astaroth, complete with cool boss music and everything. Oh well, can't win em all.

Yeah, a lot of times new stuff is put into the game's data little by little each patch until it's release. We also got some Aran stuff this patch as well, but we won't be seeing those for a while. It's just to lessen the patch size for then that content actually comes out.

I remember before, when Showa wasn't out yet, everyone thought "NEXT PATCH WE'LL GET IT!" Because we had the Showa data dormant in our games for a long time.

Or at least, I think it was Showa. This was like in '07 or so, my memory isn't the greatest.
