Nerfed Targar/Scarlion Hats...oh well. The +25 HP is still appealing. They can go up to 19 in their respective stat, I'm guessing?

You'll have to have done the entire Magatia quest chain and be capable of defeating Mu Gong to get that Medal. Don't get too excited.
