New bosses will come too.
Slow is MOSTLY used for bosses.
Some places it is used to train too.
Like when my gf uses here F/P at Skeles...
She slows them so they don't run up and smack her when she climbs ropes.
It makes telecasting times easier to read.

But from what I've heard on Pink Been.
Slow will be nice.
Also area bosses might need some slow action if you solo at lower levels.
