I'm not really sure where you expect any of them to make a difference anyway. Check out the accuracy required for a lvl 120 char to hit any of the bosses and you'll see that tbs and dws would be useless. The blaze is like any other mage and thus would be left in the dust. The wind archer is the only one you can even make a case for and at lvl 120 will be severely nerfed by damage penalties. On top of that, the number of people who have a lvl 120 cygnus and don't have a 120+ main has to be miniscule. They are limiting a very small number of people from cwkpq, most likely people who wouldn't be able to contribute in a meaningful way if given the chance.

What Maple needs, imo, would be something new to do at the higher levels, something like missions in instances with rewards that would be useful, but not some lame ass trash that adds 314324 weapon attack. Sooner or later Nexon Korea will take Maple to another level, maybe a complete graphic revamping like the Doofus team are doing or something, otherwise the game will die off. Especially with games like Dragonica that can easily appeal to the ex-mapler.
And about Arans, why should they be allowed to do it? They'd just be more broken with a MoN if that's even possible.

And when the Aran class comes it will be quite simple what people will make when they're new to maple. Just visualize it, how -new- maple players will think when they start with maple in a while:
Create a:
- Cygnus
- Adventurer
- Aran
Why would you create an Adventurer anymore?
- Arans outdamage them
- Only Bishops and SE mules could be usefull later on... maybe HB at Pink Bean...
- Rest of adventurer classes can be played as Cygnus, and Cygnus levelup faster AND don't need crappy skillbooks (read: cost money).
So, in a while, Maplestory will only consist of Arans, Bishops (for leeching Arans / SE mules / HB mules), SE / HB mules (to aid Arans), and Cygnus characters... Only a very few people will want create other Adventurer class...
This results in that there will be noone left to do CwKPQ, unless you work your ass off on several forums to recruit enough people to do 1 CwKPQ per 2 weeks and that's it... what a waste of the whole CwKPQ...
That's why I think Cygnus and Aran classes should be allowed to do CwKPQ, just to keep it alive...
