[Game Update] v.77 Halloween Maple Style

Things that won't be in this patch:

- Cygnus skill fixes
- Cygnus quest fixes
- Cygnnus partyquest entrance fixes
- Cygnus lvl120 Devine Bird quest added to the game

Are you still thinking Cygnuses should be able to do the CWK PQ?!
Had it been an error, you would DC or get a weird message. Instead it mentions you cannot enter because you are a Cygnus, and that shows its programed that way and indeed works as intended.

I'd enjoy to get the divine bird though since it's somewhat cute, but why would it be important? At 120 the Cygnuses are utterly useless anyway.
