I think you might be referring to xBlueDesire (his shield is 31 attack, but I don't think he used a Kreda). While his shield is undeniably godly and worth a lot, he still (unless he made big upgrades recently) gets outdamaged by Str shadowers with 35+ DKs and a good Pescas.
