Would the levelup game company be the equivalent of nexon america for brazil ms? it sounds like some website that sells leveling service to me.
I wouldn't entirely call it a failure to remove the PQ, but that is if they plan on putting it back after the glitches have been fixed. I believe other versions have removed parts of maple to prevent various forms of abuse in the past (JMS and ht). this really shouldn't be seen too differently.
