Ummm... 1) you don't lure with Blizzard. It's a waste of effort. 2) Typhons are strong against ice so they wouldn't freeze even if you did Blizzard them. Snipers have Arrow Eruption which is basically the same attack as Arrow Rain except is has a different visual effect. Arrow Rain is blue and goes down, hence "Rain", and Arrow Eruption is pink and fires up from the ground, hence "Eruption". So Snipers are just as good as Rangers at Typhons, tyvm.

a_@ No need to get persnickety, I only mentioned that i thought that it may be harder to gather the mobs. As a ranger, we used inferno for luring purposes, cause arrow bomb would stun some of them, making them fall. I didnt know that Blizzard didnt stun, so that would then make it a possible luring skill.
