Ummm... 1) you don't lure with Blizzard. It's a waste of effort. 2) Typhons are strong against ice so they wouldn't freeze even if you did Blizzard them. Snipers have Arrow Eruption which is basically the same attack as Arrow Rain except is has a different visual effect. Arrow Rain is blue and goes down, hence "Rain", and Arrow Eruption is pink and fires up from the ground, hence "Eruption". So Snipers are just as good as Rangers at Typhons, tyvm.
BoxTag: Yes, that would be a training path to follow. I suggest maxing Puppet semi-alongside of AE. The two skills complement each other's uses very well. AE is great for gathering a mob and Puppet keeps the mob in place while you kill it from one side. Also, Puppet will let you solo HH earlier if you find one in the Crossroads maps as you can Puppet it to that ledge and Strafe away at it from below as long as you mentally time your Puppet. It will take about 15 min around lvl 90-100 to solo though.
Oh, I didn't move to Newts until 120... so I guess just try it out and see if it's a good training spot for you earlier that 120.
