but its NOT a glitch , it only became a glitch when people started abusing it, I belive it was a GM once that said its purposley like that,either way Id call it a loophole and w.e its gone now

So wait a minute. Lets say that you found out way to kill Horntail in one hit. It would only be a glitch if you told other people how to do it (and thus everyone started doing it as well)?
