Personally, I can't see the use of doing AE first unless you planned on Typhon-ing ASAP. I did Strafe first, then AE, then Puppet. I trained at random spots until Typhons at 100-120... so by then my Strafe and AE were maxed or almost maxed. Strafe is going to be your main attack for the rest of your Sniper/MM life so I would suggest maxing it first unless you KNOW you will be training on something before lvl 85ish that would require strong AE.
