Yaaay! I got my Dissidia and PSP! -has picture-

It took me about 3 days worth of trying to beat Chaos with Squall at the end of Inward Chaos. He's meant to be annoyingly strong. As for dodging his attacks, did you read the battle tips about dodging his attacks? I can offer some help for dodging his HP attacks:

Divine Punishment: Don't move at first! After the fire pillars stop and you see little balls of light around you, dodge forward, towards Chaos before he teleports above you. You should get out of the way just as the swords would have held you in place. Then hit him with some counterattack.

Soul of Thamasa(sp): Easy to beat. Hit him with anything, it has a long charge time. Just be sure not to get hit, because you'll most certainly get wall rushed after it too.

DemonDance: This is probably one of his more deadly attacks, especially if he uses his summon to freeze his bravery. I found it a lot easier to dodge if you play with sound on. Every time he teleports, just dodge backwards from him. I find it easier to dodge on the ground than on the air.

Condemn: Another easy one to punish. He'll draw you in, so backstep to get out of it. Then he'll stand there for a few seconds so get in an attack after his pillar dies down.

Scarlet Rain: I still have trouble dodging this one. Apparently you're supposed to go into the air to dodge his initial blasts, then guard all the little spheres he shoots at you. Then dodge the last big sphere. Haven't tried dodging it yet.

I can do the brave attacks too, if needed. After you get dodging his attacks down, Chaos really isn't so bad. The key is to dodge then punish. Do just HP attacks for the Chaos at the end of Inward Chaos, because his brave is so high and his summon can bring it back up so quick it's pointless to try and break him.
