All about an Aran

Hello. I'd like to ask everyone if you could give me informations about how an Aran should be, AP build and skill build-wise.

When should I cap my DEX? What equips should I buy to not MISS everytime even if I'm low-dex? What's a good skill build for Arans? I'm planning to make one when it comes out on GMS, so.. yeah.
