Kefka's Trine can also be tricky to dodge, if you're unlucky like me and dash right into one of the blue triangles 
I've been working on getting the Chaos Reports, so I'll have to play Kefka eventually to see if he's really weak.
I had my doubts about Garland and the Emperor, but they aren't all that bad. Throw out Thunder Crest, tons of mines, and two Flares then start Starfall. CPU dashes towards you, hits something, and then gets smashed by meteors
