Question about Aran's HP and how to become one.

I'm assuming this is the right place to put this :f6:

I've been curious about Aran's hp, A warrior with no HP increase..? Does that put there HP at that of a Bandits or do they get a higher HP increase then jobs without HP increase?..(did that make sense? D

Secondly I've been curious of how to make an Aran, It sounds like its nothing like pirates where you could have a character ready and waiting for them.

So anyone have any info on how to become one? Is it like the Cygnus Knights..? Or is there a new system that goes with the Aran?
