The effect of SE is determined by the average % added per hit (155 for NLs, 150 for Aran), and the number of hits they do in a constant amount of time. NLs not only get a bigger boost per hit, but do more hits.
Regardless, SE will make Aran incredibly strong. As will their Archer mastery and free +10 attack for having a big combo. Dusk is right though, we need to know how fast they attack to know anything.
