Imagine yourself in this situation.......
You're talking to a friend of yours in a busy restaurant having brunch with him on a clear Sunday morning. You guys are just talking away and away, and out of the blue - by accident - your friend blurts out that he has the H1N1 virus ("swine flu") loudly. Suddenly, the restaurant is quiet and all eyes are directed towards the friend.

Do you think that by declaring to everyone that you're down with the H1N1 virus, does it constitute something similar as if you had made a bomb threat/terrorist threat? Discuss.
