our high school was underfunded and the graduating class was under 100, hell, maybe even under 90, iirc. it was definitely under 100.
A woman once came into my mom's clinic, a substitute teacher for the Chicago school system doing a work exam. On our papers she spelled the word "substitute" wrong. People like that are the norm in the Chicago school system, not the exception.
If your teacher is a dumb fuuck that can barely read or write himself, you won't learn much.
