How smart is your state?

Statistics lie. Pretty much as simple as that. The people that fund the project usually get results from the project that are beneficial to them. There is no reliable way to measure intelligence of one person, (IQ tests have met with a lot of scepticism,) how to do you measure the intellect of a large population?

Edit: All the top states on your list are Blue states, the ones on the bottom are Red states. Pretty typical liberal drivel, that liberals are smarter than conservatives.

That's the joke . Connecticut I think has the top school in the united states, I know my High school is in the top ten based on test scores.
