Instead of hoarding scrolls, I decided to scroll a Guan Yu now while the scrolls are insanely cheap. ^_^
Sadly, Scorpios and Karstans aren't in high availability over here, so I couldn't get a Karstan. My Guan Yu is better than a clean Karstan though!

Reference: 60% PA att is under 1m, 30% PA acc can go up to 1.5m and be overpriced at that.
