To, me I think they should just be killed.
Cuz those people know better then to kill people. Sometime if you think about it people who murder or rape other poeple are just looking for the deat nothing else. They know it's a law. They just do it cuz they have a grudge or they hate that person or they just REALLY want to do it. And besides if they give the person another chance that person could go kill someone else or a bunch more people. Whcih causes a BIGGER problem. So why not just kill that bad person. It's better then having a bunch of innocent people die.
