if i recall correctally max damage from a Left pianus is like 3.8K max from right was like 4.8K as for pap, the body it's self wont be hitting you for anymore then 4K, the bombs can spike slightly over 4K tho highest ive seen is ~ 4.2K where as the 2nd body will hit well over 5K (learn to duck)
and 3.3K should be enough to survive Zakum, when i started running every day during 14X i was using gingerales which after a 1/1 would fill me up to 3.2K at the most and i never died back then, so your 3.3K should be fine
