It doesn't necessarily mean that this Mithril Wristband is a TCG item though; actually, it points to the contrary, because items that come from TCG cards have never appeared on those cards before. And yeah, the first time I read it, I thought it meant Wristguard, as in shield, too. It wouldn't be the first time the card had a slightly incorrect name.
Consequently, this also means that you'll need to master the Jump Quest in order to forge set 4 items. XD
