Firefox is the primary browser on my system. When something doesn't work in Firefox, I use Chrome.
However, there are a very select few sites I use that will only work properly in IE 8, so for those I just create a shortcut to iexplore.exe on my desktop that point to those specific addresses.
So to break it up in terms of usage: Firefox (90%), Chrome (8%), IE (2%, only for sites that only work in IE)
EDIT: More specifically, what I used to make this post (user agent): Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3) Gecko/20090824 Firefox/3.5.3 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
