Original General Dungeon Fighter Thread

Dendroid Jungle Master Road tomorrow, anyone? Gots me a quest, and that place is ridiculous. Definitely not worth the Full Clear, but that stupid quest made me find that Minister doucher, which took the entire map -2 rooms. Cannot stand the trees and their lack of falling down here.

Pro Tip: Thunder Grenades that are dropping in Dendroid are there for a reason. If you toss them onto the Pink Flowers or the Vines on the ground, they explode, like so:

The Pink Flowers shoot out pink pollen or whatever that confuses you. The things that look like Alex, down there can Super Armor themselves for an attack, and use a Roar thing that confuses too. Most annoying things ever.

The Vines on the ground can immobilize you. You get blue "barbed wire" around you and you just can't move from that spot while you attack.

Dendroid is a pomegranatety dungeon though, in my opinion. I can't get much Style because there are too few monsters that can actually be Aerial'ed. The trees all pretty much have Hit Recovery so they can't be knocked down or into the air, barely even flinching from hits.

Compare to 18? room Outer Temple Wall.

EXP efficiency is a bit iffy, and it's more difficult for my class in my opinion. Whereas doing Outer Temple Wall you can get Takoyaki or whatever for potions. I burned ALL of my potions doing this dungeon on Expert. I had A LOT too so yeah. Trees are stupid.
