The thing is Chicago wasn't rushing into this. We were researching what the attendance would be, how much money it would rake in, etc. The newspapers here were raging, saying we'd lose a fortune. Anyway, Chicago is like the 5th largest city in America. We get tons of business and tourism as it is. Not a lot of people here want to pay for some special event if it loses money, and as for international terrorism, I honestly don't like flying anywhere because of 9/11, a lot of people don't like it either, and being on Osama bin Laden's radar is not something I am comfortable with.
