Well Im a junior leader in ellinforest forums, and alot of people can vouch for me, so the other side would have to go first, also I don have credit cards to use paypal. If there is any other way I can do this please feel free to post ^^

I do not know what kind of options you would get from PayByCash, it varies between countries. For me in Sweden, I can use my internet bank and directly make a payment through PayByCash and their partners. PayByCash is considered the same as the NX card currency (unlike paypal), so you can use it to buy server transfers, name changes and event stuff like the CS gashapon. Since the last patch my PayByCash currency even show up in MTS, which is new (if it's not a bug).
Also if you are old enough for a bank account in your name you do not have to have a credit card at all, a simple VISA with the payment function is sufficient to use through PayPal.
