I guess this makes more sense than having a Spiegelmann, Dojo sign, Cesar and cleanup NPC in every town. Just put one NPC for all the PQs. Still though, I'd think with the cleanup you could still use it to get to the Pyramid in Nihal and walk to Ariant/Magatia that way. Unless they got rid of the portal or something...
