1 hour of dps is more difficult there than in global, they don't have apples :p And they'd have to find a willing Aran (or 2-3, to be safe against D/Cs, what with PB's entrance fee being hilariously high), I know there's one that just hit 200 but that doesn't mean the server has an active PB group.
