i'm sure you did this but who knows some people may not know it... Did you kill a jr wraith or two before concluding that there was no spawning in that ch?
what happens is the max spawn for a map is reached and hence nothing else will spawn till the spawn is reduced below max spawn. Once its below max then a new set of monsters spawn (I say multiple cause some maps won't spawn until a certain number are killed, usually 1 but sometimes 2-4) this is to prevent overspawning (you go into a map and the map is full (completely wall to wall of monsters.... imagine if this wasn't in place and you went into straw target dummies)
