KMS:The highest character on account boost the rest. The highest char gets his boost from the second highest. You can make Cygnuses directly from the character creation menu.
EMS: While they made it so that you can create a cygnus directly from the character creation menu, Cygnuses created like that gets no bonus, nor give one.
The only bonus you can get is through creation the same way we have in GMS, applying with an adventurer which will share the blessing bond.
Based on this, I wouldn't go around 100% counting on that we would get the new blessing system even though we will get the new creation system.
The new blessing system is horribly dull anyway. Takes away ALL purpose of making a Cygnus other than to just have a good PQ mule, which is useless in the long run.
