This is actually wrong. Depending on what job you're doing, you may be working shift rotation on a 24 hour position, meaning somebody will ALWAYS be there. You also don't get paid extra for working more than a 40 hour work week or for working during holidays. I personally have worked quite a few weekends (am working right now) and holidays as well.
