I'm very interested, as well. My Psychology teacher is actually very interested, too. She has actually been having me record pretty much everything that I have eaten in the past month, and try to 'describe' taste. Most the foods that I have written down have 'Little or No Taste'. Then I'm going to record all my feelings after the procedure, as well. She's then going to use it to help explain the sense of smell section when we get to it in a few months, to help describe to the kids what it would feel like to have absolutely no function of the nose.
