In his family, he's called "Junior" or "Junior-boy" and dad is called "Big Kevin" (freakin' Hawaiians.) We plan on calling our kid Trey. Plus, he's gonna have about three or four middle names (again, freakin' Hawaiians) so if he doesn't like Trey I'm sure we can call him by one of those.
LOL, being from Hawaii, I know exactly what you mean about the whole "Junior Boy" and "Junior" nick names or shall I say "Junyah" (how they usually pronounce it).
