Yes. Trolling other websites makes you such an internet bad-boy. Honestly, forum elitism is so unbelievably stupid: "My forum is so much better than that other forum. I'm going to go trash it because we're so much better than them. That would really show those boring users just how cool we really are as a forum board." Or, "OMG Teehee hee. I'm going to sneak forum memes to other forum boards in order for them to find out how cool we are so they can join our community. PONYSTAR, CHINCHILLA, and other forms of one-worded stupidity. They'll think we're so damn cool for using the most unoriginal and over-done methods of trying to troll our moderation-board."

This type of mentality can only be formed by prolonged stupidity, the avid support of sheep-users who believe their moderators are philosopher-kings, and the whole forum has developed their own unimaginable amount of unjustifiable ego that it's just waiting to rape someone in the face. These type of ingredients are perhaps what spawned Hidden Street's novel idea to troll Sleepywood's forum site by setting up a fake social thread about furries. The person who created the thread was a moderator of Hidden Street and obviously thought it would honestly be a goddamn riot to create such a hilarious thread. Hidden-street clearly dug into their creative juices to come up with this material. Because clearly almost every single prominent member of HS was e-jaculating all over the thread like it was the next best thing since the guy who marketed "pet rocks."

Honestly, in certain forum boards there is so much inbreeding and inside jokes going on that it takes just a glance from an outside perspective to realize that it's inhabitants are more or less egotistical asshats who would rather compliment a poorly thought thread written by a half-assed nitwit who has been hanging around since the stone ages rather than recognize the merit that new posters can provide. But of course the purpose of forum boards isn't to award novel ideas or promote creative endeavors of all shapes and sizes. It's to chum around with the same "online friends" day in and day out until you can make gay jokes and pokemon references all the time. And no one will tell you that it's really stupid and you're being a total idiot in the process because everyone loves ones another and would be happier making unfunny gay jokes rather than actually being honest and telling the other guy to fuck off.

Then again all forum boards promote singular-sided opinion (i.e. pro-moderation / pro-power). And after a good-year into the system, the indoctrination process is pretty much settled and the forum already has it's sheep army that is set to defend, argue, and take pride in even the most arbitrarily stupid of forum posts. If you can be positive all the time and offer sugar-coated advice, then you're definitely going to be top-notch forum board material. But for the cynics, the sadists, and the simply realists, there is no place for such hoodlums within the sugar-coated social dynamics of kindergarten forum board moderation.

The friends you think you have online who you respect and love would honestly stab you in the back the next day. They'll take something you loved, a section you liked, and will turn it against you. Because they know you and can crush you completely before kicking you out of the forum board for trying to implement fair play. Even the most elaborate and most thoughtful threads are horridly useless when a moderator decides to change all the responses to "suck my penis." The people who you thought were so great end up being nothing but turn-coat trash. But I will admit, there are a select few within that group that know and recognize a friend when they see it. It just sucks when they're too late to offer a helping hand. Nothing is worth it these days. No one gives a damn. So let's just start derailing this thread or making more Kanye jokes because that's what Sleepywood, Southperry, and a crap load of other forums boards have degraded into anyway.

I read most of that, but please, dont take anything we say here seriously. Im getting a personal laugh from setting up such a post, I dont know about other people.

If I really didnt like Basil Or Sleepywood, I would try to get banned there on my main accounts, but I dont, becuase I still somewhat use them.

Anyway, this thread's main topic is practically gone, I vote to lock it.
